By using the Astrovidy web application (hereinafter — "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept these Terms of Service (hereinafter — "Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service. The act of using the Service constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

Astrovidy provides astrological information of an entertainment and educational nature, including: personal horoscopes, natal chart calculation, zodiac sign compatibility analysis, and lunar calendar. Astronomical calculations are performed using the Swiss Ephemeris library, based upon the DE431 ephemerides from NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL).

IMPORTANT: All information presented in the Service is solely for entertainment and informational purposes and does not constitute:

• Medical advice or diagnosis.
• Financial or investment advice.
• Psychological help or therapy.
• Legal advice.
• Scientifically substantiated prediction or guarantee of future events.

The Service bears no responsibility for any decisions, actions, or inactions of users taken based on information obtained through the Service. You use the information at your own risk and bear full responsibility for all your decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

All Service materials (texts, graphics, code, design) are the intellectual property of the Service owner unless otherwise stated. Copying, distributing, modifying, or using Service materials for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited.

Astronomical calculations are performed using Swiss Ephemeris, distributed under the GNU AGPL v3 license by Astrodienst AG. The DE431 ephemerides are the result of work by NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) and are in the public domain.

When using the Service, the following is prohibited:

• Using the Service for illegal purposes.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to Service systems.
• Creating excessive load on servers (DDoS, automated requests, etc.).
• Using bots, scrapers, or other automated means for mass data collection from the Service.
• Presenting Service information as professional medical, financial, or legal advice.

Access to certain Service features may require free registration. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration.
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with third parties.
• Immediately notify administration if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You are fully responsible for all actions performed under your account. Administration reserves the right to block or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

Unregistered users may use the Service with a limited number of requests, as set by the administration. Registration removes this limitation.

The Service is intended for persons 16 years of age or older. By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old. If you have not reached the specified age, please discontinue use of the Service.
